We recently received the following message from Poppy’s ‘mum’:

‘I’d just like you to know how well Poppy is doing and to thank you, your staff and the lady who was looking after Poppy and the kittens on the farm. (I do hope all Poppy’s kittens found great homes.)

Poppy has grown into her ears as she arrives at her first birthday.  She’s an adorable cat. She settled at our house immediately and our 3 other cats have totally accepted her. She’s very active, has learnt how to use the cat flap and is in and out all day long. She’s wiggly and excited to see people, like a dog. She’s very vocal and announces her arrival through the cat flap as if she’s saying “I’m back! Where are you?” She enjoys running about the garden with the other cats as if playing tig, and is happy to share the cat tree, beds, sofas etc. She’s grown a lot as you can see on the June versus September photo attached and looks like a small tiger, in my opinion. 

We love Poppy very much. She’s beautiful and full of fun. It feels like she’s always been here and I’m so glad I saw your advert for her.’

Another happy ending!

The gorgeous Poppy has a new BF in her new home 😊

Poppy joined us with her kittens, who will be available in the next few weeks. She is only about 9 months old and was far too young to be having babies.

Poppy does have an oriental look about her. She’s quite long and slender with a pointed head. Whatever breeding she has, she’s gorgeous natured. She’s been an amazing mum and her fosterer said she was a perfect house guest. She’s spotlessly litter trained, neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and fully treated for flea & worms.

Although she is super friendly and adores attention, she’s not too keen on being picked up or carried round. She prefers to be spoilt whilst sat on your knee or cuddled up next to you.

All our cats are moved whilst we clean their units out for their own comfort. Poppy sees this as extra attention time and cries for you to play with her 🥰

She has lived with other cats, so introduced correctly, she should be fine 😊
