Purdy – Reserved

[singlepic id=12433 w=320 h=240 float=left]Purdy, who is a 3 and a half  year old lurcher was adopted in March last year.   Sadly, she has been returned to the branch as her adopter cannot manage her attitude towards cats.

Purdy is looking for an experienced sight hound home, which is not only a “catless” house but situated in a relatively cat free neighbourhood.

Her foster family say that ” Purdy is slowly getting better and although she remembers where she last saw a cat, simply by walking her across the road from that particular garden she is much calmer.   She is walked in a harness and greyhound collar using a double clipped long lead.

Purdy has also begun to be trusted running free and, although her recall does still needs some work, she is slowly getting there.   She is a typical lurcher in that she wants to investigate everything at 100 miles an hour.”

If you would like to meet this funny and very fit girl please don’t hesitate to contact the branch to arrange a suitable time.
