[singlepic id=3394 w=320 h=240 float=left]Alfie is a 7 and a half years old, neutered jack Russell Terrier. Alfie is quite a nervous dog who needs an owner who has owned terriers before. He is very loyal and full of character, but we would not rehome him to a family who have children or other animals.   Because of his nervous temperament it takes him a while to adjust to new people.

Alfie loves playing with his ball and going for long walks, so someone who gets up in the morning and disappears for the day walking would suit him down to the ground. His current family are unable to let him off the lead as he can be a little unpredictable, and so we are looking for someone who will have the patience and understanding to work with Alfie and bring out the best in him.
