Elsa is a lovely puppy who was rescued from the most appalling conditions by one of our inspectors. She had been kept in a small cramped cage with her surviving sister who has now found a caring family. Elsa would love to find a family who are prepared to gently introduce her to the big wide world and help her to build up the almost atrophied muscles in her hind legs.
