[singlepic id=7083 w=320 h=240 float=left] Rosie is a 2 year old Staffie x. Rosie
is a favourite at the kennels for her fun and outgoing nature. She loves her walks and playing in the paddock. Rosie was adopted from us as a puppy in 2012.
Sadly, due to a change in family circumstances she is back with us and looking again for her forever home. Rosie is a very bouncy dog who enjoys interacting with people but does not have any manners. When meeting people or dogs she will jump up and be quite full on. Rosie only knows basic commands e.g. sit and lie down. Anyone who is interested in Rosie would need to be willing to take her to dog training classes. She is very food orientated so this will help in training her.
For more information of Rosie please ring Stockport RSPCA 07854382106
Rosie is clean in her kennel but her previous owners have said that she did have accidents in the house so work on toilet training Rosie will be necessary. Rosie is walked on a harness and initially pulls due to excitement and lack of training but once into the walk calms down and will walk at your side. She shows little interest in cars, bikes, farm animals but reacts to wildlife and it is not always easy to gain her attention whilst out. For
this reason I would not take her off lead until her recall is improved through training classes.
RSPCA Stockport would be looking to re-home Rosie with a cat and small animal free home, children 16+, where she is left for no longer than 4 hours a day and an active family that are used to rescue dogs. Rosie can also be re-homed to a family with existing dogs.
Rosie is spayed, vaccinated, micro-chipped, flea treated and wormed.
