[singlepic id=5483 w=320 h=240 float=left]Farah is a 3 year old lurcher (probably Greyhound x Saluki x ???) who was abandoned by her previous owner to fend for herself along with 2 other dogs. She was subsequently rescued by an RSPCA inspector and once she had been signed over into RSPCA care came to the branch to find a new home. Farah is beginning to find life difficult in kennels and really needs a family to call her own.
Farah would suit a keen walker or jogger as long as her exercise is built up over a few weeks as she has lived in kennels for some time now. Our dog walkers have found her to be a really nice girl who gets on well with everyone she meets and walks well with the other dogs on their walks. We are looking for a family for Farah who are used to long dogs and who will give her confidence in their leadership. Farah means JOY in Arabic and we think that this is what she will bring to any family which adopts her.
