[singlepic id=3318 w=320 h=240 float=left]Some of the visitors to our website may remember Asia, one of our Ragdoll kitties who originally didn’t use her litter tray and was extremely timid. Her new family who, luckily for Asia and despite knowing her background and difficulties have persevered giving this little girl all their lots of patience, love and care, have recently sent us some photos and an update.
This is what they say: I just thought I would give you a quick update on Asia, She has settled in perfectly. Our other cat Magic returned 4 days after we brought Asia home and the 3 of them are getting on perfectly. She has come out of her shell a lot. She hid under my wardrobe for the first week, then she started to come out more and more and now she has the run of the house, she is like a different cat from when we got her of you. She took her first steps outside and she loved it (although it was difficult trying to get the harness and lead on but it was worth the hassle). She will go out 3/4 times a week for a little walk with me around the garden 🙂
She has grown and put some weight on 🙂 She is still scared of loud noises, strangers in the house and if we move suddenly around her she will go behind the sofa, but apart from those few little things I can safely say she has made herself at home, she has claimed a corner of the sofa and a spot on my bed where she will sleep. I have attached a few pictures of her so you can see that she is getting on fine.
Thank you for making her a member of our family. We really appreciate everything you and the RSPCA have done for her.
