[singlepic id=2149 w=320 h=240 float=left]Violet is a young lurcher.   She has come into our care from another rescue at the end of September 2012.   She is a very friendly young lady, good with people and some other dogs, she just needs someone who has time to spend with her.   It was rather cold and windy on the day that some of the pictures were taken so that is why she has her coat on and she was being camera shy.  Violet has been in a foster home where they have told us she is good in the home.

House trained, good with older children and is quite happy to sleep in her bed.  But she does need some more training outside, she is very strong so needs someone willing to put in some time and effort to get her to walk well on the lead.   She does need someone who will show her she is not top dog.
