[singlepic id=2226 w=320 h=240 float=left] We wanted to give you an update on how Smudge had settled in to the very loud and hectic family. She has definitely found ‘her place’ and has been very very good with the children and has turned out to be very affectionate and gentle. She has recently started to venture outdoors and has no problems using her cat flap and exploring the fields next door – which we are pleased about as she was starting to get quite plump!

She is a really empathic little cat (very like my old tortie) and has shown herself to be quite concerned if someone is ill or upset.

If we can stop her from plotting ways to consume the family hamster then she’ll be perfect.
