Baxter’s adopters promised to send us a photo of him in his new home and this is what they say about him:
“Progress is good, he is a very affectionate dog and shows no aggression to people or other dogs. He loves to play with other dogs and his ball etc. We think he is probably much younger than we originally thought as although his recall is good already, he is still ‘mouthing’ and squat weeing as puppies do, and he piddles when he meets someone new and gets excited, but we suspect again a puppy trait and he will grow out of it.
So overall we are very happy with Baxter and he seems to be happy with us and already part of the family. We start formal training at the end of January to improve his lead skills etc, he seems fairly intelligent so we do not anticipate any major issues.”
