We don’t know much about Billy. He came to us with a tail-trap injury and his tail is shorter than normal – he is wearing the collar so that he does not mess with it while it heals. He is a very friendly lad who is used to being an outdoors cat and is also used to being around other cats (he is sharing a room with Cupid, who can be seen in the background in one of the pictures).
