Reggie (Rehomed)

[singlepic id=768 w=320 h=240 float=left]Reggie is an adorable 7 year old Patterdale terrier cross. He came into RSPCA care due to no fault of his own.  Reggie is house trained, lovely with people and so far has been great with every dog he has met. In fact he hasn’t put a paw wrong.

Reggie is the perfect doggy companion; you simply HAVE to meet him to see why. We are struggling to find the words to get across what a wonderful dog he is but we’ll give it a go:

Reggie’s previous life wasn’t the best. Reggie came into our care with a benign cyst on his eye (which you can see in one of his photos). The cyst has been removed and he is recovering without the slightest complaint. He also had a flea allergy which resulted in a bald patch, that has now been treated and will grow back in time. As if all that wasn’t enough Reggie arrived with us overweight. We believe Reggie had a poor diet and rarely got to go out but his lovely foster mum is showing him how life should be.  He’s starting to lose weight with the help of a good diet and exercise. He has energy that you might not expect of a 7 year old, after a nice long walk (which he loves!) he looks as though he’s only walked around the block.

Considering all Reggie has been through Reggie has amazing spirit and is remarkably loving, friendly, very keen to please and just wants a lap to put his head on. His fosterer is smitten and is getting very attached but as he can’t stay there forever he really needs to find his furever home as soon as possible.

Everyone who meets Reggie falls in love with him and agrees his photo’s don’t do him any justice. If you have a lap with Reggies name on it please get in touch ASAP to arrange to say hello to this delightful lad.
