[singlepic id=519 w=320 h=240 float=left]Dillon is a deerhound cross approximately 15 months old. He is a friendly boy.

He will benefit from lead training and with basic commands. He seems ok with other friendly dogs (gets on great with Jasper) although he may need a little help to ‘curb his enthusiasm’ during initial introductions with new doggy friends.

Here is an update from one of our volunteers:

“I took Dillon into the play area last night (2nd Jan) and captured some of it on my phone’s video recorder. It’s not perfect but I think it helps capture his lovely friendly nature 🙂 He didn’t stop wagging his tail and sometimes he even fetched the toy back I was throwing. He doesn’t quite understand sit but he took treats gently and bounded back happily when recalled. Dillon will bring lots of smiles to any home and I hope he finds his people very soon.”
