[singlepic id=341 w=320 h=240 float=left]Mitzi is a collie cross who was brought into branch care by an RSPCA Inspector to find a caring new home. She is estimated to be almost 10 months old and had spent most of her short life living on the balcony of a high rise flat.
Mitzi is a friendly girl but still a little timid initially. She has lived with a cat and an older dog in her foster homes so would be fine with a confident cat who is used to dogs. She is also good with children she has met from 7 years upwards.
Mitzi is a very bright, lively young dog who will need lots of exciting new things to keep her mind occupied. She would excel at agility as she can jump quite high for a little dog so will need a secure garden or yard. Due to her previous living conditions and young age any adopter should be prepared to continue her house training as she hasn’t had the opportunity to be clean living in such a confined space. She is good on the lead and doesn’t pull, but training will need to be kept up as she is still growing and learning more every day.
