[nggallery id=79]]Here are the promised photos of Milly – she is very happy and much loved.
She is sitting on my knee as I type this, which makes it very difficult, and she jumps on Peter’s when he’s doing the crossword – she just wants love and tickles all the time and is a very calm and laid-back little terrier – except when she sees cats! One photo shows her on her “perch” at the end of the settee, where she can watch for cats, and when that gets too tiring, fall asleep along the back of the seat.
She loves her pigs’ ears and tripe sticks for occasional treats – the smellier the treat, the better, and tries to eat the bread people put out for the ducks on the side of the brook next to where we live. She goes to the local football matches with her man on Saturday afternoons and howls for the ball, so we bought her one of her own. Unfortunately, she does “flying tackles” at it and slides along the floor in the mud, so it’s not the cleanest of games!
