I adopted Zara 2 years ago now from the Denton branch of the RSPCA. She is a very solitary cat who spends hours alone in our garden hiding out of sight but where she can see the world go by. She definately rules the house and our dog is still unsure of the cat to this day, but they now tolerate each other. Zara loves to play a game with me every day. I go to collect the children from school and it is very like musical statues….I walk she follows and when I turn round she stops and sits down and looks at me in a way to say “what! I am not doing anything” . She brings lots of joy to my life as she is MY cat and everyone can see that. I have without a doubt got the right cat for our home….apart from in summer when she insists in catching the bats!!
